In the role of Virtual Minister I normally conduct symbolic unification ceremonies, not legal marriages – frankly VOWs is more about love than laws... If a couple wishes to become legally married, they will need to go through the usual registration steps as dictated by laws and regulations in their state or country of residence.
That said I am able to assist with online proxy marriages if couples prearrange all of the legalities. Similarly, in line with the newer trends of Friendship or Bonding ceremonies, I am delighted to help with these more casual events.
